Physical Therapy Evaluation (60 min)

Imagine running completely pain-free. A physical therapy evaluation is the first step toward making that a reality. During your assessment, we identify flexibility limitations, strength deficits, faulty movement patterns, and training habits that may be contributing to ongoing injury. From there, you’ll receive a personalized plan designed not only to get you back to running, but to help you run better and feel stronger than ever before.

*Note: I see many types of running and non-running related injuries for the foot, ankle, knee, hip, low back, shoulder, neck, elbow, wrist, and hand. These conditions include, but are not limited to: plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, posterior tibialis tendinitis, shin splints, patellar tendinitis, patellofemoral pain (Runner’s knee), IT band syndrome, hip flexor or other muscle strains, hip pain, low back pain, neck pain, headaches, shoulder impingement, tennis elbow, and carpal tunnel.

Introductory Injury Risk Screen (30 min)

Comprehensive Injury Risk Evaluation (60 min)

Every step you take while running loads your body with 4–6× your bodyweight. If your muscles, tendons, and movement patterns aren’t prepared to handle that stress, your risk of injury goes up — often long before pain shows up.

A Running Injury Risk Screen (or a more comprehensive Injury Risk Evaluation) identifies the key factors that influence your durability as a runner, including:

  • Strength or stability deficits

  • Flexibility and mobility limitations

  • Inefficient or compensatory movement patterns

Understanding these factors gives you a clear roadmap to reduce injury risk, improve running mechanics, and address the root causes of chronic or recurring pain.

In-Depth Running Analysis (60 min)

Have you ever wondered how much your running form helps—or hinders—your speed, efficiency, or durability? Or whether subtle mechanics issues might be putting unnecessary strain on your body? An In-Depth Running Analysis gives you a detailed, expert-level breakdown of your running mechanics. Unlike the quick gait checks offered at running shoe stores, this assessment evaluates your entire kinetic chain from your ankles to your trunk and how each segment interacts with the others.

Through slow-motion video and multi-angle analysis a running analysis can help:

  • Identify faulty or inefficient movement patterns

  • Highlight strength or mobility deficits

  • Explain previous or recurring injuries

  • Prevent future injury

  • Improve running efficiency for faster, easier running

If you have goals related to performance, injury prevention, or simply running with less effort, a detailed analysis provides the clarity and plan you need.

Alter G Anti-Gravity Treadmill

Normatec Compression Sleeves (30 min)

What if you could continue running even when minor aches, pains, or training setbacks pop up? The AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill allows you to continue training while reducing the stress on your muscles and joints. By offloading your bodyweight in precise increments, the AlterG lets you run with significantly less impact, helping you maintain fitness without aggravating symptoms. Stay on track for your next race without missing a step on the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill.

Looking for a way to fast track your recovery? Normatec compression boots help reduce soreness, decrease inflammation, and improve blood flow for optimal healing and recovery. All you have to do is sit back and relax while the Normatecs do all the work.

Performance Session* (30 min)

Couldn’t get enough of your running analysis or injury risk assessment? A Performance Session helps you build on the knowledge gained during your first visit and keeps your momentum moving forward. Use these sessions to monitor changes in your running form, progress or modify your strength program, refine technique for drills and exercises, ask training questions, or receive targeted recovery work. Real progress takes consistency so keep an expert set of eyes on your movement to help guide your growth and take your training to the next level.

*Must book in combination with a running analysis or injury risk screen/evaluation

Physical Therapy Follow Ups (30 min 1:1, 50-60 min total)

Physical Therapy Follow-Ups are essential for carrying out the treatment plan created during your initial evaluation. These sessions provide focused time to improve mobility, build strength, learn proper movement patterns, and receive targeted soft tissue work — all designed to support your healing and long-term improvement.

Recovery happens with consistency. Give your body the attention it deserves and schedule your Follow-Up sessions so you can get back to doing what you love — pain-free.
