One-on-One Injury Prevention and Performance Services

Performance Sessions* (30 min, $75)

Lasting change doesn’t happen in a single session. These ongoing one-on-one sessions allow us to implement the findings from your assessment, progressively build strength and mobility, refine running mechanics, and reinforce movement patterns over time.

Performance Sessions are used to track improvements in form, adjust your strength program, fine-tune technique, address emerging limitations, and provide targeted recovery when needed. With consistent guidance and feedback, you’ll develop the strength, efficiency, and durability required for long-term progress.
